In Japan, the App Store wasn’t widely seen by younger audiences as a go-to destination for discovering apps that meet all their needs. With that insight, we created a campaign to highlight the endless possibilities available on the platform.
We invited 10 artists to reinterpret the App Store “A” through the lens of its most popular categories, giving each one a fresh and visually distinct identity. The campaign also included short films showcasing the variety of experiences users can find on the platform.
The campaign launched in April, during Japan’s “New Life” season, a culturally relevant moment when many people begin something new, whether in their personal or professional lives.
